Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver to:

  • UK Mainland
  • Scottish Highlands & Islands (additional fees apply)
  • Northern Ireland (additional fees apply)

For international delivery, contact us for a quote.

2. Delivery Times

Typical dispatch: 1–3 working days for in-stock items.
Larger equipment or special-order items may take longer.
Pre-order or bespoke items will have estimated lead times at checkout.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges vary by:

  • Weight
  • Size
  • Delivery location
  • Type of equipment

Exact delivery costs are displayed at checkout.

4. Receiving Deliveries

You must ensure:

  • Someone is available to receive the order
  • Adequate access for large items
  • You inspect the item on arrival

Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery paperwork.

5. Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • No one present
  • Inaccessible premises

Re-delivery fees may apply.

6. Large & Heavy Equipment

You must ensure:

  • Suitable access routes
  • Enough staff to assist (unless booked with additional services)
  • Appropriate utilities installed (gas, electric, water)

We are not responsible for access-related delays or failures.

7. Pallet Deliveries

Many commercial appliances are delivered on pallets to kerbside.
You are responsible for:

  • Moving the item indoors
  • Unpacking and installing equipment

If you require a premium delivery service (e.g., two-man delivery), contact us.

8. Click & Collect (If Offered)

Collection can be arranged at our Birmingham location by appointment.
You must bring:

  • Proof of order
  • Photo ID

9. Missing Items

Report missing items within 48 hours of delivery.

10. Delivery Exceptions

During peak seasons, adverse weather, or supplier delays, delivery may take longer.
We will keep you informed wherever possible.
